8 Week Core Recovery & Postnatal Fitness on ZOOM (EVENINGS) $360.00

Join me for a movement based course that will put you on the path to healing your postnatal core, safely and progressively return to more intense exercise and prepare you for the athleticism of parenting. Feel stronger, more connected to your core and confident - no matter how long ago you gave birth. 

Transform your alignment, breathing mechanics, and movement habits to promote healing and improve your function and performance; whether it's running after your kids, at the gym or during your favorite athletic pursuits and movement practice. 

Learn how to minimize your risks of developing pelvic floor/core dysfunction and help heal and/or manage incontinence (those annoying leaks), diastasis recti (abdominal separation), pelvic organ prolapse and other common types of core/pelvic floor dysfunction post childbirth based on the latest research. 

This course will meet online for 8 consecutive Tuesdays. This is a progressive fitness class that will build on the previous week's session. Each class will include elements of resistance training, functional training, yoga, and pilates as well as restorative exercise techniques, breath work, release work and self-massage.

Upon joining you will receive:

  • One 30 minute private zoom session to learn how to self assess for Diastasis Recti and optimal alignment for core recovery. (to be scheduled outside of our group class before week 2)

  • 8 Group Classes on Zoom. Classes will be recorded and available for one week.

  • Detailed Session notes and weekly homework with exercise video tutorials provided.

  • An equipment kit: carry bag, massage balls, resistance bands and pilates ball.

  • Email & Text Support.

  • Resources for pelvic health and important postnatal topics.

This class is appropriate for those cleared for exercise after birth by their health care providers and beyond, whether you have given birth vaginally or by c-section. Limited to 8 participants per class to maximize personalized attention.
