You have been treated for pelvic pain or pelvic floor dysfunction and you are not sure how to safely transition from physical therapy back to fitness.
You are navigating Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Incontinence, Diastasis Recti or hernia and want to learn how to harness intra-abdominal pressure for power vs. furthering dysfunction.
